Abu Jani was born in a city which is more in to fashion. He was born in Mumbai. From his childhood he had developed a great interest towards art and designing. This passion from the early days has inspired him to become a renowned designer. He worked with famous designers as an assistant. He also works as an assistant designer for few films. Abu Jani worked in the costume design field for around ten years after which he decided to start a business of his own. He also worked in an export house where he learnt embroidery skills. They together released the Jashan and it also had a social motive behind. It was involved with ‘save the children’ charity fund raising. This is what made them special and distinguished from others.
