Charles Alexander

Charles Alexander started his passion of designing apparel at a very early age. He was able to finish his fashion design in New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology. It was in March 2001 when he launched his collection in women’s wear. Making at the top on his success, Charles Alexander was declared as the 1st ready to wear creative director and designer for women for the fashion house of French “Celine” in the year 1997. During his time of creating designs at Celine, Charles Alexander evolving the house of fashion with excellent accessories and was praised critically in his ready to wear collection. It was in 2003 of October when he left Celine just to accumulate on his personal brand. He was able to launch his personal women’s line in the year 2002.

In addition to this, aside from showing the ready to wear apparels, during his collection show he included excellent shoes and beautiful bags for women. Charles Alexander was building his own stores as well. Among the big names in Hollywood who likes to wear the collections of Charles Alexander are Rachel McAdams, Jennifer Lopez, Catherin Zeta-Jones, Elissa and even Michelle Obama and Heidi Klum. During the Academy Award for Best Actress, Joan Allen was wearing Charles Alexander’s gown when Allen was nominated in that event. Jennifer Farner as well is wearing custom design as a presenter in the 2006 Academy Award. Charles Alexander is creating more designed outfit for popular actresses to wear them on big screen. Gwyneth Paltrow was wearing the excellent designs of Charles Alexander in the Possession film. In the film Bandits, actress Cate Blanchet also wearing the design apparels of Alexander. He even made an outfit for Rene Russo in his character role of a remake film and during the World Music Awards in 2005, singer Elissa was wearing the dress made by Alexander.

During the Fall 2007, Charles Alexander cited the Madeline inspired collection. The model was walking the runway with a shaded complexion version of the 1930’s. The exhibit was characterizing to such physical and mental affliction as the night sweats, sutures, fractures and “The Broken Thoughts”. In the Fall 2001 ready to wear showcase, he was successfully bringing the blushing aesthetic fixedly modern. The well refined exhibit was including several suits and dresses in deep keys of colors such as white and grey and was trim from hard fabric that existed away from the shape of the body. Charles was also showing a sexy yet sweet dresses and cardigans that were perfectly crocheted and there were also several cozy but oversize pile hoods. After a rather direct line of shimmering silver and green body suits, the design of Charles Alexander sexy yet sweet small cocktail gown in black was closing the night into an extreme note.

At present, Charles Alexander is pursuing his career in the world of fashion design. He is also receiving lots of awards for being a remarkable and outstanding fashion designer in this generation. Alexander is still creating more and more excellent clothing and more plans to exhibit to his upcoming collections of ready to wear clothing.
