In September 1st 2010, Felipe Oliveira Baptista, a young designer from Portuguese is newly appointed as the Creative-Director at Lacoste-French, specialized in casual-sportswear.

He was born 36 years ago in Azores, Portugal, and acquired his degree on Fashion Design from Kingston University – London in 1997. He was then hired by Max Mara, Christophe Lemaire, and Cerutti, before he finally moved to Paris in 2003 to pursue his career and successfully established his own brand there.

After his debut at Hyères Festival - 2002 launching his own label Felipe Oliveira Baptista or “FOB”, Colette store picked up his first collection called “Stripes-on-Strike” to present at Paris Fashion Week.
