The sultry and sensuous Indian actress Kim Sharma has appeared in several Hindi, Tamil and Telugu films. She was also seen in an English film titled ‘The Whisperers’ and a Pakistani Urdu film ‘Godfather: the Legend Continues’. Kim Sharma was born on 21st January 1980 in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra. She attended a boarding school in Panchgani and later joined a junior college in Ahmednagar. Kim Sharma is the cousin of Bollywood hunk Arjun Rampal.

She faced the camera for the first time while auditioning for the TV commercial of Close up. Since then, Kim Sharma has appeared in a number of TV commercials for brands like Close Up, Sunsilk, Pepsi, Tata Safari, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Clean-n-Clear and Liril and lately, Olay.
Kim made her acting debut with Yashraj Films’ ‘Mohabbatein’ directed by ace filmmaker Aditya Chopra. An intense love story, ‘Mohabbatein’ starred bollywood biggies like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film also featured five other young actors namely Uday Chopra, Jugal Hansraj, Jimmy Shergill, Shamita Shetty and Preeti Jhangiani. The film became a huge box office success and Kim’s performance was well received. However Kim Sharma could not give another hit and began to feature in multistarrer films.

She has worked with top bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Shahrukh Khan, Vinod Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Saif Ali Khan, Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Arbaaz Khan, Dino Morea, Shahid Kapoor, Jimmy Shergill, among others.
Kim Sharma remained in news for long for dating Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. Kim Sharma is now engaged to Carlos and the two are planning to tie the knot soon. Carlos Marin is a vocalist and a member of the very successful Spanish band named II Divo. The two met at the airport lounge in Canada when Kim was returning to India and Carlos was going back to London.
It is expected that Kim Sharma will appear in the music video of Carlos’s next album dedicated to their relationship. Since their engagement, Kim is trying to maintain a balance between her lives in Mumbai and Madrid. The couple was recently seen in New Delhi at Surily Goel’s launch of IPL collection.
