It is known for its broad boarders and indistinctly bright features.  It is creatively different because it is formed with temples, palaces or paintings that are found in South India. There is much color in its patterns so as to emphasize its elegant look. Benarasi Saree, the most expensive one because of the fine gold and silver thread in its pattern. Traditionally, Benarasi style has hand woven flowery designs that make it attractive as the others. This is often used by glamorous brides of Northeastern India. The Orissa Sarees, mostly used in the Eastern region of India is famous of its silk and cotton saree. Such contemporary design of sarees also exists to date in other parts of India.

With a touch of the new civilization, Orissa Sarees are not that visible in our everyday outfits.  But still preferably used during special festivities, royal engagements, fashion galleries, and other liked and glamorous occasions. Until now Orissa Sarees believes to be the most traditional outfit for Indian women. With India having 29 states, one can imagine the unique ethnic wear each state uses. There are more regions in India where beautiful sarees are made. Each set of sarees are gifted with charm and enormous appeal because of its high quality, fine texture and impressive colorful designs. Sarees made from India is different from all others, just as it is woven from different regions just like the Orissa Sarees.
